You have to be up early as the woman is at her desk at 7am so you need to be on time to book the shuttle before it gets full, I used the shuttle service a few times but I found using Uber / Lyft most of the time was quicker and more convenient when I wanted to go to the other Disney parks and didn’t want to spend an hour getting there.

There are free shuttles to universal and a shuttle that takes you to Hollywood studios and the transportation / ticket Center at Disney. There was a deposit to pay upon checkin (along with a resort fee) but this seems common place in most Orlando hotels. Upon check in we were told that housekeeping would only come if we called them in advance but they seemed to come along everyday anyway without us asking so I’m not sure where we were told to call prior. The rooms were clean and safe with 2 nice big beds and a large mirror in the bathroom to get ready on a morning and a fridge and microwave. I stayed here with a friend for 2 weeks in May 2022 and we were placed in block 4 which I got the feeling it was a older room that could maybe do with some rejuvenating. There seem to be 2 sides to this hotel, the tower block with rooms (I assume are more modern) and the older blocks to the left of the pool. Water kept getting on the floor after my shower. The shower curtain did not fit across the whole tub. The rooms are approximately $114+ per night. These hotels sit on all this money they are bringing in instead of making sure the guests will be satisfied and can leave a good review of their hotel. Therefore, the review from me will not be a positive one. Once it gets damaged or stained it should be replaced. As much money as this hotel is bringing in, they should have their irons, ironing boards, towels, wash clothes, and sheets replaced often. Look for review on them coming soon! But I will let the pictures speak for themselves. They are not directly responsible for it, but I will tell you do not do any deals or times shares with Ascendant Holidays they are a scam. Staying here was a part of a deal I bought online. The light was so bright coming under the door in our room from the hallway, it was almost as bad as the sun coming through. Now all they need is black out under the door blockers. Most hotels do not have real black out curtains but they did. This is the main reason I do this when I stay at hotels because they don't really change the sheets. I had to ask for clean sheets and comforters. The beds were comfortable but sheets not clean. I was only here briefly (March 14-16 a day and a half).
